Our Founders
Small-Paws was created by two professionals who share a passion for education and community in the animal care field. It began as a simple idea, to create a platform that lifts others up, highlights the incredible work happening in our industry, and makes sharing knowledge more accessible for everyone.
Together, Tabitha Kucera and Shannan Skitch bring a balance of front-line expertise and behind-the-scenes strategy. Tabitha is an experienced educator and respected presenter known for her engaging and compassionate approach. Shannan brings years of experience in organizing courses, events, and successful collaborative projects, ensuring every detail runs smoothly.
